In early 2022, Eric Frank, with nearly a decades worth of experience in the Solar Industry, noticed challenges within his current employer's operations. He saw the difficulties with organizing and quickly fulfilling on projects within Homeowner Associations (HOAs).

 

Homeowner Associations often require application and approval procedures before initiating any project work. Obtaining the necessary approvals for home improvement projects can be time-consuming and frustrating for those unfamiliar with HOA protocols.

 

After meeting with contractors and homeowners, Eric identified a critical gap in the market. Many contractors were missing out on opportunities due to their lack of experience with managing the HOA approval process. Likewise, homeowners felt that they were also faced with the same situation as they are tasked with managing the HOA approval process on their own.

After identifying the need, Eric seized the opportunity to establish a company with the goal to streamline the HOA application process, relieving the responsibility for contractors and homeowners, by facilitating smoother HOA approvals for home improvement projects.
